Plan the second edition of the Montreal Climate Summit, bringing together hundreds of environmental stakeholders in Montreal to take concrete action for our climate. Coordinate the logistical aspects of the event, as well as providing support in the conceptualization of the visual identity, keeping the sustainability aspect at the heart of the discussions by making judicious and sustainable choices. Offer support in managing the event’s content. Produce the technological and audiovisual portion.

Smart Event
Develop a strategy to combine a dense program and an atypical event venue. Encourage encounters and exchanges by designing the use of spaces to accommodate simultaneous workshops and conferences. Optimize the attendee experience with effective signage for a smooth, well-thought-out movement.
A sustainable event
Ensuring coherence between the essence of the event and its conceptualization. Sommet Climat Montréal obtained a sustainable certification and achieved level 4 of the Bureau de normalisation du Québec’s standard for responsible event management, thanks to the following measures:
/ 100% vegetarian menu served in compostable containers
/ Choice of local suppliers, accommodating and responsible, using mostly locally sourced products
/ Sorting and weighing of waste
/ GHG compensation
/ Use of recyclable and reduced printed materials
/ Bring awareness regarding using public transportation to get to the event as well as general awareness through a survey
